Tsugami B0385

The B0385 is a compliment to the SS32 and the BH38SY machine. It is a heavy duty 38mm machine with a gang style layout that is less complicated to use and very competitively priced.

Tsugami S207

The S207 was well received at IMTS and the first units have been sold.

The new Tsugami S207 20mm Swiss Turn with continuous B-axis movement is the only Swiss Turn in its class with continuous B-axis movement.

The S207 with B-axis milling was developed in direct response to market demand for technology capable of machining complex, precision contoured shapes.

The machine is also chucker convertible and has a shared platform with S205 and S206.

New Thread Whirling Unit

Tsugami now has a solution to thread whirl bone screws with high helix angles. Some bone screws with multi-start threads require a thread whirling unit that has the capability to be set at an angle higher than 20 degrees.

Tsugami has developed a new thread whirling unit that can be set to angles as high as 30 degrees. Rem Sales LLC has recently produced screws with dual-start threads. This was done by utilizing the new thread whirling unit mounted on an SS20 platform. A 30 degree thread whirling unit is also available for the Tsugami BH20 platform.
