To this end EMEC has undertaken measures to ensure that we can meet our service obligations; by developing a highly skilled team of service engineers and support staff who are already involved with your machine before it arrives at your facility. From installation to preventive maintenance programs, EMEC Machine Tools Inc. has the capability to keep your machine tools in the cut.
Our fully trained team of 13 qualified service technicians, including three four bilingual technicians in Quebec and surrounding areas, are ready to service our customers. Many of our technicians have been solely servicing the CNC Machine Tool products since their introduction in Canada in 1979.
Based in Mississauga and Montreal, all are involved as problem analyzers and solution providers with a strong desire to meet customer expectations.
In conjunction with the OKUMA CARE program instituted by OKUMA, guaranteeing 24 hours a day access to service engineers, EMEC is also committed in providing our customers the same level of support*.
*One hour telephone response outside of normal service hours. A premium will apply to service performed on weekends, statutory holidays and after hours service calls.
